- RETURNS & EXCHANGES
The customer will have a period of thirty (30) natural days to return their orders, according to the official calendar of their place of residence to return the order, counting from the date of delivery in accordance with Articles 68 and following and 101 and following from the revised text of the General Law for the defense of consumers and users and other complementary laws (RDL 1/2007 of 16 November).
You can make changes to a model, if there is available stock.
To request an exchange or refund you must contact us via email at email@example.com, providing us with your information, the reasons for the return and in case of exchange the chosen option and we’ll send a courier for collection.
The items must be returned in their original packaging and with all accessories and in perfect condition.
Once we receive the returned product, we will confirm it and within 10 days we will refund the selling price of the product by the same route that the payment was made. The expenses of return will be 50% between the client and Collartz, except in the case of defective, incorrect products or size change.
- DAMAGED PRODUCT
In the case of you appreciating any damage to the product, resulting from transportation, you must promptly notify the company of transportation. In this regard, we remind you that you are entitled to the guarantees and after-sales service which establishes the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the defense of consumers and users and other complementary laws (RDL 1/2007 of 16 November) in its Article 114 and following.
